Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
Services
Sydney Surveyor Solutions provides land surveying services including but not limited to boundary surveys, subdivision surveys, detail surveys, construction setout, strata surveys, engineering surveys, and building surveys.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Additional work beyond the original scope may incur extra charges
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from those described
Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
- We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or cash
- Survey plans and reports will be released upon payment in full
- Late payments may incur interest charges
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled site visit may incur a cancellation fee
- If we cannot access the site due to circumstances beyond our control, rescheduling may be required
Site Access
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property for our surveyors
- Inform us of any hazards, dogs, or access restrictions
- Arrange access to neighbouring properties if required for boundary work
- Ensure any vegetation or obstacles near boundaries are cleared where possible
Accuracy and Liability
- All surveys are conducted in accordance with professional standards and NSW regulations
- Survey accuracy is subject to the quality of available records and site conditions
- We carry professional indemnity insurance
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
Intellectual Property
Survey plans and reports remain our intellectual property until payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the survey for its intended purpose.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
